At Carezon, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your data and giving you control over your information. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request deletion of your personal data and how we handle that process.

What Data Can You Delete?

  • Your account information (name, email, contact info)
  • Any personal health data (records, notes, reports)
  • Communication logs or app usage history

Note: Some data may be retained temporarily due to legal or regulatory requirements.

How to Request Deletion

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

How Long Will It Take?

  • Data will be deleted within 30 days after verification
  • A confirmation will be emailed to you
  • Deleted data will be permanently removed unless legal requirements apply

Important Notes

  • Healthcare data may be retained for up to 10 years (per HIPAA)
  • Inactive accounts (over 2 years) may be auto-deleted for protection
